Cancellation Policy
Initial pre-wedding appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours notice. Flowers locked in for Wedding Day must be cancelled 1 week before the scheduled delivery or pick-up. We are unable to provide refunds on any payments made if a cancellation is made within this period. We are able to reschedule for another date, but cannot guarantee it.
